Rats in plain sight – suggesting a massive infestation – have been filmed in the car park of a KFC take way and restaurant.
Video and photographs of the rats scampering around waste bins in the car park of the London Road, Peterborough, branch of KFC have been viewed thousands of times on social media.
When photographer Terry Harris visited last night, he filmed and photographed dozens of rats in the car park.
“One car waiting to be served even ran over one of them – I saw it happen,” said one visitor.
The woman who posted the original video of the rats to a Facebook page, said she had spoken to KFC management who were aware of the problems.
We have asked KFC for a statement today.
