Various online outlets are offering £53.90 a head tickets to see renowned international soul singer Heather Small at Peterborough Cathedral on May 5 even though the date has been shunted back to November 1.

As the lead singer of M People, Heather has enjoyed a distinguished career and was due to headline a concert at the cathedral, performing a one hour set with her band from around 9.15pm.

The cathedral announced on Friday that “due to unforeseen circumstances, beyond our control, the scheduled Heather Small performance at Peterborough Cathedral on Sunday 5th May can no longer go ahead and has been postponed to a new date of Friday 1st November.
