Cambridge: Hello, hello, hello – and what have we here?
A man has been charged with impersonating a police officer in East Cambridgeshire.
Jack Wright, of Ditton Fields, Cambridge, was charged with the offence on Wednesday (23 August).
It follows the force receiving a call from a woman who was stopped in her car on the A142 at Swaffham Bulbeck, at just after midnight on 13 August.
The 22-year-old faces his first court appearance in relation to the case before Cambridge magistrates’ on 14 September.
