WATCH: Drug dealer tries to hide cocaine in car gear stick

A drug dealer stopped by police hid a package of cocaine in his car gear stick, a court heard. Aregli Shurdhi was pulled over by police on Speedwell Close, Fulbourn, near Cambridge, on 21 September after officers suspected the car, he was driving was involved in drug deals.
Inside the car officers found a bag of cocaine concealed within the gear stick.
Shurdhi, 21, of Cricket Road, Oxford, also had £360 in cash and two sim cards in his possession.
At Peterborough Crown Court yesterday (6 November), Shurdhi was sentenced to two years and five months in prison after pleading guilty to possession with intent to supply cocaine, possession of a false identity document with intent and possession of criminal property.
