GALLERY: Soham world famous Christmas charity house returns for 2024

Soham’s world-famous Christmas house is once again lit up to bring a welcome smile to the thousands expect to see it over the coming weeks.

John and Helen Attlesey have lit up their house and their garden which you can see from a distance but for a precise location is at the junction of Mereside and Julius Martin Lane.

The lights were switched on at the beginning of the month and will continue through the Christmas period.

Last year the couple raised an amazing £7,674.09 which was split between various charities and this year they hope to raise a similar amount if not better the 2023 efforts.

The 2023 funds were split between the East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH), Great Ormond Street Hospital and Children’s Charity (GOSH), and Dreamflight, and this year’s proceeds will again benefit these good causes.
