Thirty six awards were presented at the annual College of West Anglia (CWA) staff awards.

Staff were recognised for outstanding work that included teaching excellence and management.

And for some there was acknowledgement of their service to the college and were presented with lifetime achievement awards.

Joint winners of the Employee of the Year award were Domminie Wright and Kelly-Ann Neale, lecturers in Health and Social Care.

They both took home a second award for Excellence in Teaching and Learning.

Kelly-Ann Neale, Lecturer in Health and Social Care at CWA said; “I was thrilled to receive the employee of the year award alongside my colleague Domminie.
