Driver, 19, in court after motorcyclist Ian Parnell dies in A142 crash

A 19-year-old from Mepal has been charged with multiple offences after motorcyclist Ian Parnell died in a crash on the A142 at Witcham Toll.
Luke Davidson has been charged with causing death by careless driving, causing death by dangerous driving whilst uninsured and causing death by driving whilst disqualified.
He will appear at Cambridge Crown Court on 19 June.
Mr Parnell, 57, of Isle Bridge Road, Outwell, Wisbech, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, close to the Esso filling station, at about 5.15pm on Saturday, 20 May.
The crash involved the red Suzuki GSX1400 Mr Parnell was riding and a black Chrysler 300c car.
