Cambridge: Teenager target of ‘racially aggravated assault’

A man is wanted for a “racially aggravated assault” on a teenager in Cambridge.

Police released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to in connection with the assault.

A police spokesperson said the victim, in his late teens, was attacked at the City Service Station, in Histon Road, Cambridge, on Saturday (12 August) at about 11.40pm.

“Anyone who recognises the man in the CCTV, or has any information, is urged to contact police via our web chat service quoting crime reference 35/60592/23 or call us on 101 if you do not have internet access,” said the spokesperson.

“Always dial 999 in an emergency.”
